Disconnection of Service for Non Payment
- Will resume October 1, 2021.
CARE Income Verification
- Will resume October 1, 2021.
CARE Recertification
- Will resume January 1, 2022.
COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan
- Customers who have unpaid bills at least 60 days past due as of October 25th, 2021 will be automatically enrolled in the COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan.
- Enrollment in the COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan
will occur only once per eligible customer. - This payment plan amortizes the customer’s arrearage over 24 months.
- The COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan applies only to the past
due amount.
