COVID-19 UPDATE SEPTEMBER 28, 2021

Disconnection of Service for Non Payment

  • Will resume October 1, 2021.

CARE Income Verification

  • Will resume October 1, 2021.

CARE Recertification

  • Will resume January 1, 2022.

COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan

  • Customers who have unpaid bills at least 60 days past due as of October 25th, 2021 will be automatically enrolled in the COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan.
    • Enrollment in the COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan
      will occur only once per eligible customer.
    • This payment plan amortizes the customer’s arrearage over 24 months.
    • The COVID-19 Residential Relief Payment Plan applies only to the past
      due amount.
